1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or promotional reasons. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover replacement or return shipping.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Underwear or intimate apparel (if applicable)

  • Custom or personalized items

8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellations are not guaranteed due to processing speed.
